The Libyan Norwegian Fertiliser Company (Lifeco) is a joint venture that owns a fertiliser complex in Libya. Yaya, a Norewegian fertiliser maker, owns 50% of the JV after taking the stake for $225 million in February 2009. Libya's National Oil Corporation (NOC) and the Libyan Investment Authority each own 25% of the company. Gianni Paci is the chief executive.
