Lietocourt Arx Tower is a 27 story residential high rise in Tokyo. The property was purchased by St Martins Property, a unit owned by the Kuwait Investment Authority. The building was completed in in February 2007, and has 281 apartments totaling over 29,701 sq m. St Martins bought the building for £105 million ($144.6 million) on February 6, 2009. This is the first Asian property St Martins has purchased.
