MENAdrill is a joint venture offshore drilling and services company. The company was established by First Energy Bank, Gulf Finance House, and PFC Energy International. The company will have an initial value of $3 billion. The JV was announced in July 2008.

The company has spent $400 million on two new oils rigs and are expecting to buy another $600 million worth of equipments.
