Massar International is a holding company headquartered in Ramallah with real-estate development as its core business activity. It is working with the Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (Qatari Diar) to develop Rawabi, a Palestinian housing development. The two companies have set up Bayti to develop the project.
