Mercedes-Benz GP (was Mercedes GP/Brawn GP) is a Formula One Team. Daimler and Aabar Investments PJSC control the company which it took over in November 2009. The two companies increased their sake after buying out team principal Ross Brawn. Daimler currently controls 60% while Aabar owns the remaining 40%.[1] Aabar is owned by the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC).
