National Bank Of Greece SA is a financial institution based in Greece.
The Qatar Investment Authority is in talks with the bank to take a stake of between 5% to 7%. The stake would cost roughly around €250 million. Press reports on these talks surfaced in late June 2010; however, a spokesperson for the bank denied the report and said the National Bank wasn't in talks with any fund for a stake.
The Government Pension Fund of Norway held a 1.70% stake in the company as of December 31, 2009. The stake is valued at $266,667,523.
