National Leasing Holding Company

The Qatar National Leasing Holding Company is working with Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (Qatari Diar) to develop the Lusail development. The holding company will purchase 880 lots and sell these lots to Qatari citizens. The company will hold the loans that come out of the sale of the over 1 million square meters that being developed. Construction should be finished in 2010 and the the lots sold then.
The MoU was signed on June 1, 2008.
