Nicosia property development is a project in Nicosia, Cyprus. The Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (Qatari Diar) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the government to conduct feasibility studies and land evaluation for the project. The MoU was signed on November 11, 2008 after a state visit by Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabr Al Thani to Cyprus.
The project will consist of a 5-Star hotel, luxury residential villas and apartments, retail space and office buildings. The project has faced repeated delays.
