OMV is a oil-producing, refining and gas station operating company based in Austria.
The International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) currently holds a 24.9% stake in the company. IPIC paid €327 million for a 4.5% stake in October 2011.[1] It held a 19.6% stake before increasing it in January 2010 to 20.4%.
