Khazanah Nasional has conditional purchased a 10% stake in the company in February 2010. It will purchased the sake from Rffles Education Corporation Ltd for $44 million. Khazanah will hold the stake thought it's subsidiary, Rawa Investments (Cayman Islands) Ltd
