PSA International Pte Ltd is a major port operator with ports in over 15 countries. The company is based in Singapore and is controlled by Temasek Holdings. Temasek holds the whole 100% of the company and has held it since 1997. PSA ports account for half of Singapore's container traffic.
While rumors of Temasek taking PSA public has been persistent, it will most likely not happen since PSA is one of the most profitable business Temasek runs.
