Parkway Holdings is a health care company based in Singapore. Khazanah Nasional is currently in the process of acquiring Parkway. Khazanah is expected to pay $2.6 billion. Khazanah was able to secure a loan of $1.85 billion to fund the purchase.

Khazanah Nasional currently owns 24% of Parkway. Integrated Healthcare, a subsidiary of Khazanah, owns the stake. According to a press account, Khazanah is interested in acquiring an additional 26% of Parkway to become majority owner of the company. In the details released on May 27, 2010, Khazanah will pay S$3.78 a share up from the closing price of S$3.02. Khazanah increase their bid to S$3.95. Khazanah blocked a takeover by Fortis Healthcare in April 2010. Khazanah might have a S$500 million bond sale to fund its takeover. Fortis used $80 million from the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation to attempt another takeover of Parkway but Khazanah won the takeover.

The Government Pension Fund of Norway held a 0.45% stake in the company as of December 31, 2009. The stake is valued at $10,665,466.
