Rawabi is planned development in Palestine. It is located between Ramallah and Nablus in the West Bank. The project is being developed and managed by Bayti, which is controlled by Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (Qatari Diar) and Massar International. The project is expected to cost $350 million and take five years to complete. The project will consist of 5,000 affordable houses and can house 40,000 people
