Restis-IPIC JV

Restis-IPIC JV is a planned shipping joint venture between Restis and the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC). It was announced on February 24, 2009. The agreement calls for the company to build and invest in pipelines, shipbuilding, and ports.
Restis is the fifth largest Greek shipping company.
