Dr Robert Litterman was an adviser to the Board of Directors and Risk and Investment Committees of the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) before retiring in August 2010. He was appointed Adviser Emeritus. He is also the Managing Director of Goldman Sachs Asset Management (USA).
