Rotch Property Group is operated by brothers Vincent Tchenguiz and Robert Tchenguiz. Until 2006, Paul Taylor served as Chief Executive.
In 2001 Rotch split its business into two separate entities, R2O Limited (run by Robert) and Consensus Business Group (run by Vincent). The Rotch Property Group currently owns and manages property portfolios and assets valued in excess of £1 billion.
