The Saudi-Malaysia Water & Electricity Company Limited, also known as SAMAWEC, is a Saudi-Malaysia joint venture consortium dealing with the development, operation and maintenance of water and electricity projects. It was established in 2005. Khazanah Nasional owns a large stake in the JV.
One of its subsidiaries is the Shuaibah Water and Electricity Company, in which it has a 60% stake.
