Three Delta acquired The SENAD Group(Co Number 04613709) on June 3, 2006 for £120 million. This was the first major investment on the part of Three Delta. The SENAD Group was formed in 2003 to provide schools for children with special needs. The group operates seven schools and four care homes. Acquisition
Two months before Three Delta took over Senad Group, The Sunday Telegraph incorrectly reported that Vincent Tchenguiz had signed an agreement to acquire The Senad Group.
