Shanghai Servicing Park is an industrial servicing park in the western suburb of Shanghai. It is being developed by Temasek Holdings and Dalian Wanda Group, a Chinese real estate builder. The operator of the Park is Shanghai Huichuang Modern Servicing Park Development Co., Ltd. In addition to its office section, the park will also has the residential section of 1 million square meters.
Situated in the former Jiangqiao Industrial Park Zone of Jiading District, the park is one of the 16 headquarters economic bases of Shanghai. With a planned area of 4.5 square kilometers, and a total construction area of about 4.2 million square meters, the park consists of a headquarters economic zone, a third-party service zone, the Binjiang Forest Park, and supporting facilities for living. The Shanghai Rail Transit Line 13 is designed to run across the park. The plan calls for the park to become the largest business district in China.
