Shenyang development is a joint venture between the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation and WBL Corp to redevelop a 44,473 sq m piece of land in the city of Shenyang, China. Shenyang is an important industrial center in China, and the transportation and commercial center of China's northeastern region. This project will create retail, commercial and residential buildings. GIC Real Estate Pte Ltd is the subsidiary that holds GIC stake.
