Singbridge is a unit of Temasek Holdings. Singbridge has three parts to it: Singbridge International Singapore, Singbridge Holdings, and Singbridge International. Singbridge International Singapore is the main unit. Singbridge Holdings holds several stakes in property projects. Singbridge International is a management unit devoted to developing large urban property projects.
Chong Phit Lian was appointed CEO in January 2012.[1]
Singbridge as a subsidiary was formed in 2009 to hold Temasek's stake in several projects in mainland China. It holds Temasek's stake in Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City project, CapitaLand Chongqing project, and Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City project. In 2012, it was made more of an unit rather than a strictly as a holding company.
