The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC) teamed up with EQT Partners, a Swedish private equity firm, to take over the company from Candover and Cinven. The GIC will hold the 18% stake though its subsidiary GIC Special Investments. EQT will hold the remaining 82%.
