TFI-Gazprombank fund is a joint venture investment fund. between The First Investor, a unit of the Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (Qatari Diar), and Gazprombank. The fund will focus on the Russian real estate market primarily in Moscow. The fund will be capitalized with $150 million and expected to launch in 2010. The fund will seek high return assets of 20% to 25%.
