Tozeur tourism complex

Tozeur tourism complex is a planned tourism development in southern Tunisia. The development will have a hotel, shopping center, and other leisure facilities. The project is expected to be completed in two years.
The Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (Qatari Diar) will be build and manage the project it was announced in October 2010. The project is expected to cost $80 million.
