Vertex Venture Holdings (Vertex Group) is a fully owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings that handles technology venture capital. The fund was formed in 1988 as the arm of the former Singapore Technologies Group (ST). At some point, Temasek Holdings took over the fund. The group has over $1 billion invested in over 300 companies. The fund is based in Singapore and has offices in Silicon Valley (USA), Tel-Aviv and Beijing.
