Youssef Hussein Kamal is the Board Secretary for the Qatar Investment Authority. He is also the Chairman of the Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (Qatari Diar), Qatar National Bank and Chairman of the Qatar Financial Centre Authority. He was appointed chairman of Qatari Diar in July 2011, where he replaced Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabr Al Thani.[1]
