Zhang Xiaoqiang

Zhang Xiaoqiang is a Non executive director of the China Investment Corporation and is vice minister of the National Development and Reform Commission. Before taking this position he was Secretary General of the State Development & Planning Commission. He also held positions in Director General of the Department of Foreign Investment at the State Planning Commission and an economic counselor at the Chinese Embassy in the United States. He received a degree from Peking University in Economics.
