Desmond Holmes is Managing Director, Business Development (Banking) of Qatar Financial Centre Authority
He joined the QFCA in September 2005 from International Bank of Qatar, where he was General Manager. He has been a career banker for 12 years, previously with ANZ Grindlays with experience in Singapore, Thailand and Qatar. International Bank of Qatar acquired the business of the ANZ Grindlays in Qatar two years ago.
