Doha Bank is a bank based in Doha, Qatar. The Qatar Investment Authority owns 20% of the company. It took this stake after Doha Bank suffered a massive loss in profits. The QIA took the stake on November 16, 2008 and bought 34.45 million shares for roughly around $350 million.
