Egyptian Red Sea tourist project

Egyptian Red Sea tourist project is being developed by the Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company. This project will create 50,000 hotel rooms and apartments over 35 square km in the Sharm al-Arab and Sharm al-Naka areas, south of Hurghada in Egypt. This project is expected to last 15 years. This project is expected to cost $1.826 billion.
