Li Yong is the non executive director of the China Investment Corporation and is Vice Minister of Finance for the Chinese government. Before taking this position he Assistant Minister of Finance. He also worked for the World Bank in several capacities. He recieved a masters degree in Economics from the Research Institute for Fiscal Sciences.
