Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund VII Global

The Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund VII Global is an investment fund managed by Morgan Stanley. The fund was initially planned to have $10 billion but the final figure was $4.7 billion. As of December 2011, only $1.9 billion of the fund had been invested.
According to press account, the China Investment Corporation invested $800 million in the fund in April 2009. The Government of Singapore Investment Corporation also invested in the fund. [1]
