Mushaireb

Mushaireb is a project in Sudan being funded by Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company (Qatari Diar). The project will be around 20.6 hectares (51 acres) and be built alongside the Nile river. The project is expected to cost $400 million. It will include include office and retail spaces, residential towers, a five-star hotel and a family entertainment area. In April 2010, Qatari Diar announced that it was expanding the project by 58,000sqm.
