National Council for the Social Security Fund is China's pension fund. It is estimated it has around $50 billion in its accounts. It was formed in 1997. The fund achieved a 9.3% annual return in 2006. The fund has 10 portfolio managers.
Xiang Huaicheng is the Chairman.
Gao Xiqing was the Vice-Chairman of the fund between 2003—2007
