Yang Qingwei

Yang Qingwei was the Executive Vice President & Deputy Chief Investment Officer for the China Investment Corporation before retiring in May 2010. He was the second senior management departure from the CIC. Before joining the CIC, he was previously department head of fixed assets investment with the National Development and Reform Commission. Before this, he was Director General of the Social Affairs Department of the Planning Commission.
